Community center location connecting families with helpful local resources.
Little Bears Den began when Mrs. Hicks brought her child care experience, dating back to 1996, into this community center space in 2005. Her goal was simple, create a safe, loving place where young children could learn and grow while parents felt supported, informed, and truly welcomed.
We focus on licensed child care that blends safety, kindness, and early childhood education for children between 6 weeks and 5 years. Our motto, "We catch our children doing good things and we tell them about it" guides every classroom. Children hear more encouragement, build confidence, and practice positive choices all day.
Our teachers bring warmth, training, and steady routines to each age group. They follow a state approved curriculum, support milestones with developmental assessments, and regular parent communication through regular conversations and conferences. Every staff member treats children with patience and respect, so classrooms feel calm, joyful, and nurturing.
Our center offers a secure environment, experienced staff, and enriching programs designed to support your child’s development every day.
