Our Infant Care program is designed for our tiniest Little Bears, from 6 weeks to 12 months, and gives parents peace of mind from the moment you walk through the door. We combine licensed child care with a calm, predictable routine so your baby is safe, loved, and gently encouraged to grow.
Every infant has a primary caregiver who learns their cues and comforts, so your baby isn't just "watched" - they are known. Licensed infant supervision means we follow strict health and safety guidelines, from proper handwashing to secure check-in and check-out procedures.
During awake times, we plan early development activities that match your baby's stage: soft tummy-time on mats, eye contact and songs, grasping toys, simple cause-and-effect play, and warm interaction. These little moments build motor skills, early communication, and strong attachment.
Safe sleep practices are non-negotiable for us. We follow state and pediatric guidelines for naps: firm crib mattresses, individual sleep spaces, infants placed on their backs, and regular visual checks so you know your baby is resting safely.
We also support infant nutrition according to your child's needs and your family's preferences. Whether your baby is on breast milk, formula, or beginning solids, we handle bottles and feedings carefully, follow your schedule as closely as possible, and keep detailed notes so you always know how your child ate that day.
Parent communication is built into our day. You receive regular updates about naps, bottles, diapers, and sweet milestones, along with photos when possible, so you never feel out of the loop. Our goal is to feel like an extension of your home - a nurturing infant room where your baby can thrive and you can feel truly confident about where they spend their day in Baltimore.
